Blueberry pie

2 (9 inch) pie crusts, store bought or recipe here (put one in the pie pan and keep the other wrapped in the fridge)
1/2 cup sugar
3 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
4 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen, rinsed until water is clean (for frozen)
1 tbsp butter
1. Prepare the crust. Roll out one and put it in the pie pan. Put the other in the fridge for the lattice top later.
2. Preheat the oven to 425ºF.
3. Mix sugar, cornstarch, salt, and cinnamon in a small bowl, and pour over blueberries, and toss to combine.
4. Pour the blueberry mixture into the prepared pie crust. Dot the top with the butter.
5. Roll out the other half of the dough, cut into 1/2-3/4 inch strips, and make a lattice top (there are many videos on youtube if you don't know how).
6. Put in the bottom rack of the oven and bake for 45-50 minutes until the crust is golden brown. Allow to cool, and Enjoy!
