Vegan Chocolate Cake
1½ cups flour
1 cup white sugar
¼ cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
⅓ cup canola oil
1½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon distilled white vinegar
1 cup water

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF (175ºC). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- Sift together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, and salt. Add oil, vanilla, vinegar, and water. Mix together until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the pan, and bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes. Take it out of the oven, and let it cool before serving. Enjoy!!!!!
