Mug Brownie
2 tbsp canola oil
2 tbsp water
splash vanilla extract
dash salt
2 tbsp granulated sugar (or to taste)
2 tbsp cocoa powder
4 tbsp flour
Directions:
In a coffee mug, mix together the oil, water, vanilla, and salt. Mix in the sugar, then the cocoa, then the fl0ur. Microwave for 1 minute. The middle will be slightly molten. Enjoy!
