Mug Key Lime Pie
Crust:
1/2 tbsp butter (I take out a tbsp and cut it in half and put the other half away for later) 1 whole graham cracker sheet (I know you can break them, but I mean one sheet as it comes out of the box) 2 pinches sugar crust directions: Melt the butter in a small bowl (like a cereal bowl). While your butter is in the microwave, crush your graham cracker into crumbs. Add the crushed graham and sugar to the melted butter, and mix until combined. Put the crust mix in a greased mug (I prefer a wide mug so it's more pie shaped) and cook it by itself in the microwave for 30 seconds on 80% power. Take it out to cool, and while it's cooling, you can make the filling. Filling: 1 Egg yolk 3 tbsp condensed milk 1 1/2 tbsp key lime juice filling instructions: In a small bowl (like a cereal bowl), combine the yolk, condensed milk, and key lime juice. When combined, pour over the cooled crust and microwave for 1 minute on 70% power. Put it in the fridge and refrigerate until chilled, or if you're impatient like me, then put in the freezer for about 15 minutes. Enjoy! |
