Banana Pudding

⅓ cup sugar
¼ cup cornstarch
¼ teaspoon salt
2 ripe bananas, mashed
4 egg yolks
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups milk


Directions:
  1. In a small saucepan, combine the sugar, cornstarch and salt. Add the mashed banana, beaten egg yolk, and vanilla. Place over medium-low heat. Whisk in the milk.
  2. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the mixture comes to a boil and thickens. Whisk continuously while cooking.
